At Nocturn Industries, we stand behind the precision and reliability of our electronics. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original packaging and condition.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the 'Return Center' to submit a request along with your order number and reason for return.

  Receive Authorization

  Our technical team will review your request within 48 hours and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack the device in its original anti-static packaging and box, ensuring all cables and accessories are included before dropping it off at an authorized carrier.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our engineers verify the hardware's integrity, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
